By using or registering for an EastCoast911.com Membership ("Membership", defined below), you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). You agree to accept notices electronically. Each time you use EastCoast911.com ("The Site"), you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current Terms of Service. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Service, you may discontinue using your EastCoast911.com Membership. You cannot use or sign up for an EastCoast911.com Membership until you have accepted these Terms of Service.

EastCoast911.com Membership
For purposes of these Terms of Service, the term "EastCoast911.com Membership" shall mean access to the members-only section of The Site (http://members.eastcoast911.com) that was granted on the basis of the prospective member completing the on-line application and confirming their email address.

Modifications to the Terms of Service
EastCoast911.com may change the Terms of Service at any time and in its sole discretion. The modified Terms of Service will be effective immediately upon posting and you agree to the new posted Terms of Service by continuing your use of your Membership. The Site will provide at least 30-days' notice before any material changes take effect. If you do not agree with the modified Terms of Service, your only remedy is to discontinue using your Membership and cancel your registration.

Live Audio Feeds
EastCoast911.com provides free live streaming audio feeds of several fire departments (http://www.eastcoast911.com/LiveFeed.php). This service is provided free of charge to all visitors to visit The Site. Becoming a member of The Site does not guarantee service, nor does it provide any additional benefits other than those granted to non-members. Any and all server maintenece is left to the sole deiscretion of The Site's management. Uptime, connections, and quality can not and will not be guaranteed.

Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity made by you or anyone you allow to use your username, including your family or friends. You agree to keep confidential the passwords associated with your account. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Site for losses incurred by The Site or another party due to someone else using your account or password as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to keep your account information confidential or as a result of your failure to use reasonable care while using The Site.

You are responsible for any materials you post or make available on or through the The Site, including message board posts and chat participation.

Inactive Status
You must use your username on a regular basis (e.g., log into the members-only area) to keep your username and registration active. The Site may cancel the registration and usernames and delete any data of any registered user who does not have a current subscription or who The Site has determined in its sole discretion has not used such username for a period of ninety (90) days. If your username is canceled, you will need to re-register for membership and obtain a new username to gain access to registration-based features and tools. If the username that you previously used and which was canceled has not been taken by another registered user of The Site you may re-register with your canceled username.

EastCoast911.ExposureManager.com Photo Gallery
The Site offers a gallery ("The Gallery", http://eastcoast911.exposuremanager.com/) to all of our visitors and members. Those customers purchasing photos to be downloaded will receive an email confirmation from Exposuremanager.com when their photos are available to be downloaded. All orders that have downloads as part of the order will first have to be reviewed by The Site's management so the appropriate original file can be upload to make it available to download.
